Every day, more and more of us are tired of conventional medicine way of doing things, I mean, let’s be honest … approach of Western medicine is the management of a disease once it occurs. Many methods can be used as a preventive rather than management. Once I started thinking, I knew there must be a better way. That’s when my journey began alternative.

The many different avenues of alternative medicine can be overwhelming and there are many that I have no personal experience. But this is your starting point … an overview, not exhaustive by any means, other breast cancer medicine. Some of these methods are palliative (help manage pain and discomfort of cancer and its treatment), others are complementary (which is used in more conventional), some are designed to be preventative, and other look promising as adjuvant therapy.

There is controversy as to whether acupuncture can be used as a method of treating cancer, yes, but it is well documented to relieve pain and nausea caused by cancer and its treatments.

Chiropractic is the correction of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system. This is achieved through adjustments of the spine and neck. There are traditional chiropractors who adjust the entire spine and then there are the techniques of direct non-force chiropractic reduce neurotransmitter interference, throughout the body, specific adjustments, oriented. The idea here is that the body has the capacity to heal and trying to maintain balance within itself. Correction of musculoskeletal disorders helps to regain balance is lost.
