The long-term food hygiene has been established by the Codex Alimentarius (the international organization for the development of food standards and guidelines) as “all conditions and measures necessary to ensure the safety and wholesomeness of foodstuffs at all stages of the food chain.” As is clear from this definition that includes long-term health “food” is a broad spectrum of measures, starting in May for the cultivation of food and increase food production by animals during the harvest and slaughter, processing, delivery, storage and final sale. But for many of the food is equated with cleanliness, the cleanliness of premises and food handling.
During the cleaning of food handling and their equipment and environment is a prerequisite for a healthy diet come to is that one of the steps, if food is well prepared.
