TEvery fitness componenthese are the components of fitness:

1. Speed: The speed is the ability of a person who lead the movements of the engine at high speeds in no time. Is equal to the distance traveled per unit time. involving the element of speed in most athletics, as in a sprint, some features football, basketball, etc.

2.Strength: Strength is the ability of a muscle to secure the release of experts or by contraction force
to overcome the resistance, or a person to act against the resistance.

3. Power: Power is the ability of muscles to deliver the maximum force in the shortest time. Is equal to the force multiplied by the speed. It is the combination of strength and speed. The speed and strength must be cast for effective performance in activities such as baseball, high jump, the lack of football, boxing, punch, etc. are combined
