			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Human beings are complex organisms that require nutrients to support the body&#8217;s health and functioning and the food is the most essential condition for human survival because it is a substance that is eaten or drunk d &#8217;source of food for the body or for pleasure. Nutrients such as carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, vitamins and minerals found in foods that come from other living organisms like plants and animals or products, power generation to replace old cells and stimulate homeostatic growth and sustain life.</p>
<p>To better understand what you should know the difference between macronutrients and micronutrients and macronutrients are nutrients that are consumed by humans in large quantities and divided into small substances through digestion and provide energy and bulk made up of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.</p>
<p>Carbohydrates &#8211; are made of sugar units and are the main source of energy to build power for the human body.  Fats &#8211; are generally triesters of glycerol and fats that store energy, insulation in the body and help transmit nerve impulses.<br />
Proteins &#8211; are chains of amino acids that form the building material for growth and tissue repair and also act as a catalyst enzyme. Amino acids are classified into two groups: essential and nonessential amino acids. Essential amino acids &#8211; we make our diet because our bodies can not produce. Nonessential amino acid &#8211; is that our body can not produce and manufacture. <span id="more-50"></span></p>
<p>Vitamins and minerals, on the other hand, are examples of micronutrients required by humans and other living things through life in small quantities.</p>
<p>Vitamins &#8211; are the nutrients needed in small quantities by an organism that has different biochemical purposes are vital to our health.<br />
Minerals &#8211; are important nutrients for growth and maintenance of the structures of our body</p>
<p>Now, here are some tips for eating well:</p>
<p>Note: Eat well, choose nutritious foods.</p>
<p>- Eat at regular intervals to keep blood sugar stable, skipping meals will do you no good.<br />
- Drink enough water, the target of 6.8 glass of water, it will keep you hydrated.<br />
- Eating lots of fish like tuna and mackerel, as they contain omega 3 oil.<br />
- There is no need to avoid meat in our diet instead of eating only the most agile.<br />
- Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, as it aids digestion and nourish the body.<br />
- Buy probiotics because it will help restore the good bacteria in our bodies that helps digestion.<br />
- Buy low fat dairy products like milk and cheese and dairy products are sources of fat and cholesterol, but provide nutritional benefits.<br />
- Avoid alcohol and nicotine in cigarettes.<br />
- Try to avoid processed foods, especially junk food.<br />
- Exercise regularly, exercise helps and improves fitness and overall health and well-being.<br />
- Get enough sleep and relaxation to reduce fatigue and stress.<br />
- Good hygiene and regular bathing and hand washing reduces the risk of contracting the disease.<br />
- Eating foods and supplements because it helps maintain the proper functioning of the body.</p>
